Knee High Workout

Pine Lane training run
 5-miles

Today’s run was challenging.
In some areas the snow was more
than three inches deep.
Running in these conditions slows
you down and causes you to lift you knees
a lot higher. In the above pic we are
moving slowly up hill, the snow was about 
six inches deep. 

Ken lead our run today.
He showed us a new trail.
